Summary
The program for this student activity center included a new commercial kitchen to serve light fare, and seating and recreation space for the students. The recreation space included things such as gaming tables, pool tables, and televisions. The project execution was extremely complex. The task included removing two concrete column on the two floors, inserting a transfer beam on each floor all done while the two floors above were occupied as student residence rooms.
