Summary

West & Stem completed the interior tenant improvement for the corporate headquarters building for Inmar Corporation.  An incredibly complex management and consultant team came together to realize a fast-tracked project renovating two separate warehouses previously owned and occupied by Reynolds Tobacco company.  Aside from the project schedule and consultant coordination, other complexities included compliance with the State Historic Preservation Office and Department of the Interior, accommodation of drastically reduced floor to floor heights with building systems, and working within two distinct building construction types and classifications.
