Summary
West & Stem, in collaboration with Workplace Strategies, designed a new office building for Hafele America Co. The two phase project completely renovates their existing 2-story 26,000 sf building, and adds approximately 18,000 sf through a new 2-story addition. The end result of the project will be an integrated singular building design that expresses their corporate brand and culture. The existing building will be re-skinned to provide much needed energy upgrades. All existing building systems will be upgraded and replaced with more contemporary energy efficient equipment. The project will be constructed in 2 phases. This will allow the Owner to continue to occupy their existing building with minimal interruption to their daily workflow.
